Coming in
April:
THE
LIVING LORD’S SUPPER DRAMA
DA VINCI’S LAST SUPPER TO BE RE-ENACTED
TWO NIGHTS!
THURSDAY, APRIL 1ST
FRIDAY, APRIL 2ND at 7PM
On the night that Jesus was betrayed, what were His closest
followers thinking when He told them that His betrayer was
among their number? This is the subject of Leonardo Da
Vinci’s famous painting of the twelve apostles seated at
table with the Lord. In the drama, the actors freeze frame
to match the painting until one by one each one takes a
moment to identify themselves, reflect upon their history
with Jesus, and ponder their future. It makes for a powerful
and thought provoking evening.
This has proven to be a significant outreach to our
community. So please keep the preparations in your prayers,
and consider inviting a neighbor or a friend to the event on
Thursday or Friday, April 1st or 2nd.
NOTE: Families with children are invited to come at 6pm
so the children can participate in hands-on activity centers
based on the stations of the cross. |

One of the longest running off-Broadway musicals is coming
to Wichita’s Orpheum Theatre March 12 & 13.
Sure to move & inspire, this is a great new version of a
Broadway classic by Stephen Schwartz, the composer of
“Wicked”. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door & are
available at any Select-a-Seat location.
Presented by the Highland Acting Company, these dedicated
believers are praying this drama will be a tool to reach the
lost with the gospel. Please consider inviting someone far
from God to join you for this presentation.

Mission
Frontiers Magazine
Every other month the US Center for World Missions publishes
the premier journal on missionary work around the world. It
is available free in the tract rack in our church foyer.
Mission Frontiers exist to encourage Christ followers of all
church backgrounds to be involved in reaching the world for
Christ. Particular emphasis is placed upon reaching those
who little to no chance of even hearing the gospel of Christ
during their lifetime—that is what is meant by the
“frontier” of missions.
You will be both inspired and challenged by what you read in
the pages of this magazine. You will also find invaluable
resources on Christian missions. If you haven’t picked up a
copy yet, next time you’re in the church foyer check out the
tract rack. Or go to the website
