Preparations have begun for the 2010 Ladies Retreat at PVCC on the weekend of October 8. If you would like to help with this event, please contact Martha F

Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner
Saturday, September 11, 5:30pm
The Fellowship Team is planning another event for families & individuals. Participants can choose to be a host or guest & will then be assigned a dinner party to attend.
Deadline for sign-up is September 2nd. For details or to get signed up, contact Teresa D or the church office.

Adult Classes and Fellowship:
Sunday mornings:
Study of 1 & 2 Peter in the Library.
Study of the Parables of Jesus in the Fellowship Room
Study called The Four Vows of an Effective Marriage n the classroom at the front of the Ministry Center
                     Study on the book of Romans in the Pastor’s office

Women’s studies:
A study on the life of Esther will meet Tuesday mornings at 9AM beginning September 14. Contact Stephany H or the church office if interested.
A study on prayer will meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30 beginning September 8. Contact Debbie S or the church office if interested.
Christian Women’s Fellowship on Monday nights. See CWF page for more information.

New Small Group forming
Everyone interested in a time of fellowship, food and fun is invited. There will be plenty of kids to play with so bring yours along or come & enjoy someone else’s. The first meeting will be Friday, September 17, at Rainbow Ranch, 3633 SW 137th Terrace, Augusta. We’ll have sub sandwiches so bring a topping, salad or dessert & join us. If you’re looking for a way to read through the Bible in a year, pick up a copy of How to Read Thru the Bible in a Year…, or Two from the rotating rack in the foyer.

OFFERING ENVELOPES AVAILABLE
Weekly offering envelopes can be helpful in staying on track with your tithing. If you would like to use this tool, pick up a box from the bookshelf in the foyer.
